We had a beautiful winter’s day for our Photowalk. I was walk leader, so my photos are not eligible for any prizes.
I used my old Nikon D50 with a 55-200mm lens and loaned the D700 out – yeah, how generous am I?

How cool is this, was making a coffee and 3 pink galahs flew by the kitchen window. A few seconds later they came back and settled at the top of our hill. This photo shows one on our garden seat, and another in the mulberry tree behind. Click on the photo for a larger version
